Each townhome also offers a fully-equipped, large kitchen, two-car garage, and a washer and dryer. All linens are provided.

Mountain Mogul Properties are close to Wolf Creek Ski Area, and also have access to the San Juan River. We are five miles east of Downtown Pagosa Springs with stunning views of the San Juan Mountains.

Being close to more than 1 million acres of National Forest, visitors to Pagosa Springs can enjoy a variety of activites. These include soaking in the famous Hot Springs, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, mountain biking, 4-wheeling, camping, and white water rafting. We also offer fishing in the San Juan river and several nearby lakes.
